To the left are huge, stunning, multicoloured
sandstone cliffs. Behind the garden wall
there is a walkway which at night
lights up and leads down to the beach front.
In high season, the garden enjoys unbroken
sunshine almost all day long, which is ideal
for those who want more a little more privacy whilst sunbathing away on
holiday.

During the summer months
it is not unusual to see
well over 12 hours of sunshine
per day with the temperature
often reaching
close to
30 Celsius or more.
The climate in this area of Portugal is one of the best in Europe and the humidity is rarely excessive. Temperatures range between approximately 10C and 20C (50F and 68F) in winter months and 20C and 30C (68F and 86F) in summer, sometimes even higher on occasions.

The coast faces out towards the south
and
so spring starts early. Average annual sunshine is over 3,000 hours.
The weather in Praia da Luz is usually good from the end of May right through the summer months and often remains warm even through October going into November.
The self cleaning plunge pool is in the middle
of the garden area -
perfect for a quick dip when things get too hot and there are two full
size recliners to chill out on after and enjoy the sunshine. The
garden/ pool area at Cassa Penn apartment is great fun by day or night.
